BRIDGING WORLDS TO BUILD A BETTER FUTURE 
UNITING FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE 

The R.O.L.E. Initiative was born from the powerful collaboration between two individuals from vastly different walks of life, yet deeply aligned in purpose. Clement Benedict, a formerly incarcerated entrepreneur, sales professional, and licensed social worker, and Megan Kent, a nationally recognized author and brand strategist with over three decades in the advertising world, came together through their shared passion for empowering justice-impacted individuals through entrepreneurship and life coaching.

What began as mutual service in correctional facilities evolved into a powerful partnership rooted in a common goal: to disrupt the cycles of poverty, incarceration, and underachievement that disproportionately affect underserved youth and young adults.

At a time when conversations around racial equity and youth opportunity are growing louder, Clement and Megan saw that real change requires more than talk, it requires action, access, and empowerment. Their diverse perspectives: Clement’s lived experience and Megan’s systems-level insight, became the foundation for a movement designed to be both responsive and revolutionary.

Through The R.O.L.E. Initiative, they have created a bold, trauma-informed, and culturally relevant framework that delivers tangible tools for transformation. From life skills workshops and workforce certifications to gender-specific empowerment programming and digital literacy for seniors, their programs are equipping youth ages 14–35 to take ownership of their futures and assume leadership in their communities.

Together, Clement and Megan are bridging the gap between potential and possibility, helping young people step into their power, reimagine their story, and play a commanding R.O.L.E. in constructing the lives they deserve.
