MISSION
Today’s underserved and trauma-impacted youth and young adult's, especially those navigating justice involvement, immigration uncertainty, or systemic poverty, are often denied access to the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive.

We are committed to breaking cycles of intergenerational disadvantage by equipping youth and young adults ages 14–35 with the skills, support, and mindset necessary to achieve personal and professional success.

We envision a future where every young person, regardless of background, has the knowledge, confidence, and community support to transition into adulthood with purpose and power. Our programs empower youth to become agents of change in their lives and leaders in their communities.

At The R.O.L.E. Initiative, we partner with mission driven institutions to serve youth and young adults ages 14–35, particularly those impacted by trauma, justice involvement, poverty, or systemic exclusion. Our culturally responsive, trauma-informed programs are designed to meet participants where they are and empower them with the life skills, emotional wellness, and career readiness training they need to take control of their future.
